The WPFS present' Escapes' , one of Vincent Price's last staring roles. In the vein of shows like 'The Twilight Zone' he plays the host disguised as a mailman who delivers a mysterious VHS tape. Is this tape a gateway to horror? You'll find out the hard way.
Volere Volare ! Ah! Male fantasies. Mysterious women. Freaky sex. The male main character of this film gets to experience this while slowly turning into a fully animated cartoon character with full male genitalia.
Hey Kids! Get your freak on this week. On Wed. you can visit us at the Drafthouse for Alan Alda's performance in 'To Kill a Clown' and then you can high-tail it over to The Cinema Arts Theatre in Fairfax, Va. on Thursday July 17 for 'Poultrygeist' with your hosts Count Gore and Lloyd Kaufman. I need a ride out there, so if you can give me a life, drop me a line.
Ah! I have such sweet memories of this crazy flick. It was one of the last movies that I saw at the drive-in with my parents. Good times. Good times. 'The Night has a 1000 Eyes' was blaring out of the grey speaker and John Wayne was next with 'Big Jake'. So now it's been years and The WPFS presents 'The Green Slime' in all its gooey wonder. It still has the best rockingest bitcheness theme song of all time.
