Mystery Science 3500 Night
The WPFS presents one of their favorite comedies from down-under..its ' Hercules Returns'. A group of investors
buy an old movie house and they lose the audio portion on opening night...so they improvise in the fashion of Mystery
Science 3000 but with an Aussie twist.
October is our official 20th anniversary and we have a big
surprise announcement coming up. Hint:
Were going Underground.

Asthma Zombies
This morning the bus was late and I ran towards the sign-in sheet.
My asthma then reminded me of the ragweed in town. I could not
catch my breath. Which brings me to our movie selection tonight:
Kung fu from Beyond the Grave.
So much happens in this film that your mind will not be able to catch up with your logic. All I can say is that when you mix black magic,
kung fu, and Count Dracula....you've got one hell of a show. We present it with all it's whacky glory minus the subtitles.

A Pack of Wild Dogs Runs Wild
I wanted to do a whole film festival about dogs and cats in horror movies but most of them were too lame. The cats would not act right so they'd add a wild cat vocal track to emphasize a crazy cat. So I decided to go with just dogs. Wild crazy dogs. In 'The Pack' a bunch of abandoned dogs get together and terrorize a vacation
resort. The story works because this happens in real life. There's no leg humping, just flesh and bone hungry
lonely dogs running wild. WoooF!

Slaughterhouse-Five
I can relate to the main character in this film. He is easy to please, but he keeps getting unstuck in time against his will.
A mild mannered man name Pilgrim finds himself at one time
with his loving family and then swept into the the past of WW2
or into outer space with a voluptuous centerfold model. I'm guilty of not reading Kurt Vonnegut's novel but I think directer George Roy Hill did a fine telling of this bizarre tale of uncontrolled time flux.
